How to Delete Your 311SA Account

At 311SA, we respect your right to control your data. Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. Access your Profile settings by tapping on your profile icon
  2. Navigate to "Settings" in the menu
  3. Select "Delete Account" from the available options
  4. Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete Account" and following the final confirmation prompt
Data Deletion

When you delete your 311SA account, we permanently remove all associated data, including:

  • Account settings and preferences
  • All created reports and submissions
  • Profile information
  • Likes and interactions
  • Follower/following relationships

The deletion process is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently erased from our systems.
